Rome wishes to propose the following law

Joint Naval Training/Patrols:To effectively protect the Mediterranean we must coordinate our Navies in training exercises as well as patrols. This will keep our seamen sharp and our waters secured, extra training for our league's combined Navies will also be beneficial. All constituent nations will dedicate parts of their Navy to this goal. Effective Sonar and Radar will also help our coordination, the Republic will set up these installations in each constituent nation, new stations in the future will jointly funded(Rome sets aside the necessary amount of PP, I need a cost please and thank you.)

NA01 fights for the survival of their government against these oppressors and while we have provided them with military aide we must take another step. We must attack these tyrants and free their people from their state of fear, Rome will provide the majority of Attack forces but we call on all of you to help. If it is impossible for your nation to go to war at the moment we ask that you provide 20PP for a auxiliary unit led by Alliance Nations. It is crucial we all help or this regime will not fall and become a even greater hazard, if this action is passed we will determine when to attack and where.

"The West African Block represent a major threat to the Iberian Penisula, Italy and Her surrounding Islands, as well as those nations residing on the North African coast that border the WAB. They have shown their hostile intentions by deploying forces against independent neighbouring regions and resorted to depraved violence that the people of NA01 have experienced first had. They have already moved a large pirate fleet into the straits of Gibraltar as we speak and threaten trade within our seas, they will raid our ships and kill their crews. They also are mining for uranium which will lead to them having nuclear devices once they develop the technology further, they will use them to invoke terror and death. They use their conventional forces to attack and incorporate regional neighbours and this will no doubt happen to some of our league members if we allow them to. Their citizens live in fear and they are oppressed by those ruthless dictators, they die while we choose to be inactive. We cannot let them continue on this path and we will act whether you support us or not but we implore you to do so, their are dire consequences for doing nothing as the Allies showed us in WW2."

As for the battle plan we will elaborate and decide upon this once those undecided nations make a choice.

640PP is provided for the construction of these installations, the nations that recieve them will have to maintain and operate them of course. Also dont forget my other post in this thread, and did my PM's disappear for you because I have a few unfinished ones...
